We are accepting pre orders for the new Alpha max.

Spl versions with the 12 spoke baskets are shipping now

The ground pounder versions with the new basket will be shipping no later than April 1st most likely middle of March.

The picture shown is a working sample
the difference between this and the production model is the production model will have a magnet boot, flat braided tinsel leads, block terminals with two positives and two negatives on each side, black mesh on the side vents, Baskets will be metallic silver, and of course a spider ring.

They are 2500 watts RMS with the ability

to be tuned into the low 20's

Though they can low they still have
excellent upper frequency bass like all our other subwoofers.

The fs on a 12" when broken in is 19hz\

The Xmax on these subwoofers is 22.5mm with a 65mm tall 8 layer flat wind
These subwoofers also offer our new linear coil technology that removes the risk of the coil rocking even at super low frequencies

We will also release t/s on the 12/15" within a week

The physical size of the motor is about 5/8" wider than the Alpha, it also uses the same strength magnet slugs as the Heavyweight.

The ground pounder version of the Alpha max is for daily applications or bass race it is not intended for SPL burps, If you want them for SPL burps you can choose the 12 spoke basket that still will sound very good in daily applications but will not go as low. It can handle 10-12,000 watt bursts.

The voice coil configurations available are the same as the HW for the SPL version and dual 1.0/1.4/2.0 on the ground pounder version

MSRP on either of the versions is the same, they are as follows
10" 659.00
12" 699.00
15" 739.00
18" 839.00
Pre order pricing is
10" 389.00
12" 409.00
15" 449.00
18" 509.00

The 3250 is going away. We have a d5 that does more power than the 3250 to replace it.

We also have a new 1750 you could use with it that does 2100 rms or a 2750 watt amp coming this summer you could use.

The SHW is under construction we are working on a new motor to offer a bl over 100tm on the SPL version.

lol, sorry

Yes they will do fine on that power.

A true 1500 is plenty to get them moving

Here is a vid, broke them in one day.
They really slam. Will take some more this week, it was snowing today in GA.

i am already starting plans for six 12" on two d9's. The have the SQ of a Alpha and hit the lows better and get loud like a HW.

These are single spiders with a 12 spoke basket.
