Looking for a suggestion

He was saying that he wanted to get like 2 15" subs for his caddy. Can anyone give some suggestions of 2 cheap good 15" and an amp that would do them good, or some alternatives that would do just a good. Right now he says he may only have $3-400 to spend on all this.
