Never seen a power wire hooked up quite like this.

ground.

The guy had 4 mis-matched 12's in 2 different prebuilt boxes running on a pr1000.1. I built him a 4.5cuft box and sold him 2 mtx7512's from our close-out table. The 7512's were at 2ohm on the pr1000 and it was louder than his 4 12s. lol

Wow. Props to you man, I hate working on basket cases like that. I never know where to start and generally I tend to just scrap the existing stuff and start over. Another huge pet peeve of mine is when the vehicle is dirty (inside or outside), which it looks as if this one was.

spare tire mount.

Actually a better ground than i have seen come from some of the local shops. many of them will use a self-tapper and shoot it into the seat braces!!! Not the floor...the seat. No sanding either.

I see the ground to the trunk lid pretty often too :-)

thats just good stuff

i havent seen anything much like some of the installs you post up

the best ive seen was this kid in high school. he put everything in himself. he didnt attach the ground with a screw or a nut...he just decided to strip the wire about 4 inches and tie it around a peice of metal

where the fucck are the updates on the van? i havent seen anything in a while
