We are in the final stages of getting our website updated for 2009.

The site is www.rdaudio.net

We are going to add a few different front page pictures

add new products

add a box spec and cout out page

add the team revolution page

freshen up the forum

Are there any ideas that you as the customer would like to see be added or changed?

If any of you have input it would be greatly appreciated.

Most people around me just seem to agree with me no matter what i say so an honest third party opinion would be great.

thanks guys

I've heard a lot of rumors around the net about RD coming out with some sweet new stuff. Can't wait to see what it is.

It was uncalled for but I think everyone saw it coming cause it is common knowledge that Treo hates anything associated with Kevin/Low-Hz and RD.

Very few packages a year are lost or damaged.

Once a package leaves us we are no longer responsible for it. We insure all packages.

When something is lost or damaged i help the customer out. I always replace it and do not make the customer wait for the claim. They tend to take a long time.

So we actually end up waiting to the claim sometimes months. Sometimes we never get the claim.

Lots of companies will make you file the claim and wait it out.

His opinion about RD as a whole doesn't reflect anything to do with the website.
That's common knowledge bud, and it's pointless in this thread.

Anyways, box specs would be GREAT.

what you need, and I know many agree with me, is to include specs, somewhere on your site, of outdated product. such as the first versions of all your drivers and amplifiers. mainly v1 sub specs would save the CUSTOMER a real headache.

product manuals, I'm pretty sure, are included with the product. at least I've always gotten a product manual for my amps.

I agree with the rec box specs, ported or sealed.

Product manuals would be sweet.

Upcoming products page, or something that give out teasers on upcoming products kinda like a "look out for product X" page or something.

Definitly a team RD/picture gallery of installed products.

I would hope so, but people do loose them after time and people do buy ALOT of used equipment w/o manuals.

We only have manuals in the amplifiers.

We were talking about putting inserts in all the subwoofers with box info and basic wiring info.

Ok not a manual but maybe an insert. Like the subs I got come in unmarked boxes no specs on the subs a small sticker with sonance on it and D4. It doesn't say its a spl version or sq nor does it say if its a v1 or v2. Some basic info would be nice to come with the sub

The subs you received were custom subwoofers so there would be no labeling.

They were only made for a few competitors to meet there needs.

They were not a stock item.

you are one of only a few with them.

Yes, we had guys putting 600-750 rms and 1000-1300 burst.

The subwoofer is very efficent and will get loud even off 200 watts.
