I just built my new box 4cubes after displacement tuned to 33-34htz for my two RE SE's.

The port is facing the back and im trying to decide do I want to fire the woofers up or back.

This is going into a Ford Expedition.

Sub up is pretty standard. A different configuration might be better for you- but I'd try it.

How do you guys think this enclosure would work? The port would be difficult, but if it couldn't be done how would a sealed box like this sound? If the sub volume is the same, it should produce the same sound correct?

Sub facing passenger wheel well, port back on driver side worked really well for me.

I think im just gonna go sub up port back, thanks for the opinions. That way I can throw whatever in the back still and not worry about the woofers getting beat up.

yea those are kinda janky lol I think with them firing up will be pretty good.

Ill make a couple trim panels to be flush with the top/front of my box to give it a clean install.
