Diamond Member Username: BestmankindPost Number: 23185 Registered: Oct-05 | well the mounting depth is pretty deep now that i think about it. but the opening is a bit small. so i just need a set with narrow magnet. there's 1 inch clearance from the top of the speaker ring to the door wall. then there's a opening to the door that is smaller than the diameter of the speaker ring. my dls has wide magnet so it don't fit through that hole so i had to put another mdf ring on top of the ring. because i did that, my door panel won't fit all the way in. that is why i am looking for another set with more narrow magnet. |

Diamond Member Username: BestmankindPost Number: 23193 Registered: Oct-05 | what is neo? anyways d-money, its not that cdt sounds bad. its just the lower mid is a bit weak on those. unless i get the m series mid bass, i really don't want to go with cdt. but that means more speakers to install which i don't want. what i basically want is a simple front stage with a simple single 10 inch sub in the trunk with a single 4channel amp powering all of them. so soon, my dls comps, dls A6 amp, and 2 rd sq 10s will be up for sale for dirt cheap. and people that know me know what i am talking about when i say dirt cheap. lol. |
