The subs are not rated for 1 ohm but the amp is. Will anything happen to the subs. Should i call them back, drive back and re-wire them. I had crunched up the volume real nicely on the subs and nothing happened but i wasn't sure if i bridged them at 4ohm or 1ohm. The audiobahn subs are 400watts rms and 800watts max 4-0hm DVC. |

I went to jl audio website and confirmed what i did. 2 DVC drivers with Voice Coils in Parallel / Parallel Connecting the voice coils of each driver in parallel (+ to +, - to -) and the drivers themselves in parallel (+ to +, etc.) will result in the following impedances: Dual-6 Ohm Subwoofers: 1.5 Ohms Dual-4 Ohm Subwoofers: 1 Ohm Dual-2 Ohm Subwoofers: 0.5 Ohm Dual-1.5 Ohm Subwoofer: 0.38 Ohms |

The gain is set half way while the bass boost is set almost all the way up and the frequincy is also set all the way up. Another oops. I used this ovverated but decent amp.
