In a week i will have an Alpine type x SWX-1243 subwoofer in my possession, its currently spending some time with the ups. I am wondering what is the best way for me to break it in. My amp is certified to put out 1195 watts rms so i was thinking about turning the amp to half gain or so for a couple weeks and then adjusting it accordingly. does this sound like an ok way to do this?
