Hi I am new to this forum and I am somewhat adept at installing stereos. I just purchased a used Planet Audio Amp vx602. Running bridged to a brand new 12" Kenwood, new wires etc. Direct run to the battery with the hot wire. Ground to metal in the trunk. The amp is mounted to the woofer box. Issue: with the amp on my FM radio reception is affected. In other words normally crystal clear stations all of a sudden have poor reception. This is intermitant though. But 80% of the time it is like there out of tune but still in stereo. I pull the fuse out of the amp and ALL of the stations are crystal clear. That rules out broken ant lead etc. I have a brand new sony explod head unit. Foot note: with a cd in the damn thing blows! Any clues there guys?
