i'm considering buying the MTX TA92001 CLASS D AMP.

its rated 3000@1ohm @ 14.4v and the birth sheet says it puts out 3787@1ohm @ 14.4v for 800 bucks

but before i buy, i want to know if the amp is as efficient as it says it is

please let me know if anyone knows this amp

Not efficient and questionable build quality with new mtx amps.

And how exactly does listening tell you anything about quality or efficiency. Oh wait it doesn't.

Not efficient enough to run on stock electrical is thats what your wanting to know. No true 3000+watt amp is for that fact.
