Hi all, new to the forum. Been a long time car audio guy, but haven't really messed with it for some years. Looking to do something a bit modest in my F150 work truck. I narrowed it down to a few components i saw online. Here are what i was planning on choosing from.

Phoenix Gold Octane ZR6.0 Comp
HiFonics ZXi 5.2c
Lanzar HR5.1
Lanzar VX5c

They will be powered by an MTX Thunder102 amp. System will also feature a RF punch 10" sub.
Which of these speaker sets would be best? They are all avail online for less than $100 bucks.

Honestly all of that equipment is pretty bad.

So is the amp and sub, did you buy this stuff already?

I've had the amp and sub laying around aswell as an old Alpine 3522 amp. I am looking for a decent stereo for a work truck, not competition level. I used to waste all my money on car audio years ago when i competed. Back then i used to run PPI Pro Mos amps and all the other high dollar equiptment.
Thanks for the input

Well it sounds like you know good equipment then.

The amp and sub will work ok but none of those speakers are gonna sound good...... if you just need cheap speakers that sound better than stock, look at Alpines low end models.
