That should be a solid electrical.......


When you're getting that wire remember to get enough to run a ground between the front and rear batteries..... you don't want to ground that to the body.

On a unibody car in general the body can carry an amount of current equivalent to 4 gauge wire..... not enough for a connection between 2 batteries.


That is why you need to run two 0 gauge wires, positive and negative. And have the amplifiers grounded directly to the second battery.

how do you know if it is unibody or not?

Is an 04 grand prix unibody?

Even if it's frame you still could not ground to the body. To the frame would work but still its best to run a wire.


It would actually be even worse on a frame car since the body is grounded to the frame with small ground straps.
