Would this set up work pretty well,
the Orion is rated at 2000RMS and i know it can take more than that but is the Hifonics Amp rating at BXi 2008D 1 x 650 W @ 4 U / 1 x 1300 W @ 2 U / 1 x 2000 W @ 1 U all true or are they overrated?

it would work, but id recommend a better amp, unless your on a budjet

but those are some very nasty subs(good means), we did one on a zx2500.1, in a 07 dodge nitro, and it was insane

5 cubes tuned to 38 hertz

Awesome subs that are extremely power hungry and need at least 2500RMS.

who said anything about the quality, i'm just giving suggestions. may not be a mmats, but nothing at all wrong with a sundown.

Im almost positive i will never sell my MMats amp. Its so small, never gets warm, puts out great sq, and has insane power. That is an awesome price for it.

The D3500.1 is 1 ohm stable and the D3500.05 is .5 ohm stable, but I have heard of people burping with both of them at half that.
