i got just bought a four re sx 15's from a guy at work after i hooked it up but something about it i dont like so im selling it as soon as i get back home its in a caprice but anyway do you guys think i should go with four ported 12's i think they will fit or two ported 15's? im looking at the btl twelves or the t3 tss twelves what do yall guys think?
what our good friend Polo meant, is your nuts if you don't like 4 SX 15's. either you have them in a crappy box, or aren't giving them nearly enough power. i'm willing to bet both of those statements are true. properly hooked up, that setup would be VERY loud. you should be running around 4000wrms

well i let a few guys hear them to get different opinions about them and the voice coils are messed up so i talked to the that sold them to me and he going to give my money back later today
the voice coils are messed up? are the subs are blown or are the coils different?
i used to think my pair or 12" sx's weren't that loud but for some reason my new box makes these things insane. if there was such a thing it would be to loud.
if i were you id try building a new enclosure for just a pair of thoes 15's. you prob dont have room for more than that.
go for 8-9 cubes @ 34ish hz. 100in of port. subs up port back. make the box as low and wide as possible. you will be very happy. if your not your deaf.
