power is all i really care about..

iknow the rd is a better amp but really when it comes to spl it doesn't really matter

Wrong. You want stable power at a lower ohm load. Also amps react differently to loads. The RD is a 100% better amp overall.

No problem.

The way amps react differently to loads can give you the advantage.

Plus, I don't think that Hifonics can burp below 1 ohm without going into protect..

i was worried about the hifonics going into protect at lower than 1 ohm
