With those measurements, you get a total of just shy of 16cubes net using 3/4" MDF. As for design help, I'll leave that to someone more educated :-)

You'll probably end up being done with yours first man lol. I'm having second thoughts on some stuff so I have no time table anymore lol.

Good luck with the design bud

44.25 wide 15 high 28.25 deep 10.85 cf gross (internal measurements) minus .60 for the port and .24 for the subs. Make the port 15 wide 4.5 high 11.25 deep for a 30 hz tune. That should work for a subs up port back design. How deep are the subs and what is the real displacement of each?

15 high 44.25 wide 28.75 deep (internal measurements) 11.04 cf minus 1.00 displacement for subs and port if the subs are .20 each (are they?). And im not sure how you want to brace the box but we will need to account for that displacement also.

Heres the new box we talked about. I went with 140 square inches of port. 17 high 44.00 wide 28.75 deep (internal measurements) 12.44 cf gross 28 wide x 5 high x 18.25 deep port for a 30 hz tune. 1.94 cf port displacement plus .40 sub displacement. (if thats correct?) And stick your bracing in.
