Powered by AQ1200D amp (1200wRMS) which one would you go with and why? I'm looking for a LOUD sub with good SQ at a good price, and I've narrowed it down to these 2.
no, the hdc has a much stronger motor then a bl and will still be louder on 1200rms...my friend had a bl on 1200rms and my hdc was also on 1200. he heard mine, sold the fi and bought an hdc. bitc* had to copy me
if u ever want to upgrade get the hdc3. if something sounds louder or better its proly because of the box or way it is set up. usually not the sub that makes the difference.
same box switching subs i like the way the BL sounds ... IMO
u will prolly not be able to tell. both are great subs. but hdc3s do have a stronger motor an 8 and a half spiders but it is no help AT ALL for running 1200
