my goal is to do at least 140db on TL daily (sql) i know thats loud but we all like it that way. im also thinkin about competing with it. i only want to run a single 15 or 2 12's

it will be most like in a wagon

i know its all in the install but which equipment is best suited

budget on the amp and sub $1000 total $1200 at the very most

here what i got in mind right now

SUBS
i can get my hands on:
dd 9515e $500 new
dd 9515g $350 used

DD9515e VERSUS DD9515g? which is better?

AMPS
i can get my hands on:
Memphis 4kw $750 new
Crossfire vr2000d $300 used
Crossfire vr4000d $700 used

ENCLOSURE:
Call Pete W. Kulicki make me a blueprint
or someone help me

BATTERY:
Powermaster D3100

Also considering audioque hdc315 and aq2200d its $678 for both shipped which is not bad at all.

im open and ill appreciate any suggestion in all categories
Thank You

There is no way you are getting 175 to 190 amps at idle. If thats what he said steer clear.

If you go with just about any of the setups that you are looking at... the 140 will be and easy goal..... 145's + should be more like it.

Slaptastic if you want to go with the honda check and see if this company below has one that fits your vehicle and if they do get the one with the highest idle amperage you can afford. If you go with the mercury villager do the same. Berny said they make alternators for other vehicles besides gm I think so check with the company. There is like two people using their alternators and they had no complaints.

I have a mmats juggernaut 12 that im selling if you want a loud sub mainly for spl. You could get the dual 1.4 coils and run .7 ohms or dual 2 ohm coils and run 1 ohm. Im not sure what the subs like daily but I have seen someone else hit a 147 with a juggernaut 12 in a spl box on about 2400 watts.

Lol. I don't have one, but I will soon. I'm going to make trade iraggi the alt in the yukon for alt to put inside the civic. Hope he goes through with it since I paid 100 extra for that trade program and lifetime warranty. And then I'll purchase a new alternator for the yukon from quality power. :-)

Ever drive a 4 cylinder with a 300A alt? It is kinda like when you put the AC on but surges to the music, it isn't fun and with the added weight of the equipment you are gonna have a car you will hate. Honestly if you have to use this vehicle I would go with battery power and a charger. Polo.}
