OK, im really wanting to upgrade my current systems output which is 2 12w7s. for a while now ive been tempted to purchase 2 of the 08 model RE xxx 12s, but i cant seem to get an honest answer from anyone of what they can really do.
dont get me wrong i love the w7s but im a bass head and want more ouput than my current setup.
so my ? is, are the NEW XXXs a better performer than the w7s.
please let me know.
OH YEAH, just incase youre wandering why i want add more w7s is because im not wanting to have to sacrifice my entire vehicle for more output.
and what are the specs of your current box. i mean the new xxx is in a class of its own but it may be possible to tweak your setup to be much better than it is right now. 2 12w7's is a lot of bass...
i had 2 12's w7 that shiet gets loud they can take 1200 rms all day i haven't heard the new xxx but the old xxx is a monster if u can get 2 13 w7 for a good price you can call it a day my local stereo shop wants $900 for 08 xxx you can get 2 13w7 for around $1200 what amp are planning on using?
