...and everything around here is flooded.
Alot of trees down all over the place.
My yard has ~6" of water standing and the ditches are overflowing.
And quite a few of the roads on campus are under.

My parents place ~80miles south of me is getting it even worse.

Its not supposed to stop until Thursday either.

Who else it getting hit?

Just talked to my dad, the power station in Ole River power structure took a hit from what he has heard. They have been without power since 8pm yesterday and water us up the the mound his house is on. He is running on his 8000w generator w/ his huge butane tank behind the shed, fvkr was prepared...lol.

My mom's house's roof got pealed back in the corner facing the lake. She just got power back about 30mins ago, but is flickering.

The cell towers in Catahoula Parish are on and off too.

Here in Monroe, we are about to get it again.

I was over on La Tech campus thru the heaviest part of the storm. We really didn't get hit bad. Just alot of rain.

Just waited it out, BBQ'd, and drank. About 11pm we set on the balcony drinking and watched some other drunks play freeze tag in the storm...in about 6" of water.

We have about 7 7/8" of rain here. The roads are flooded lol.

We went without power for about 3 hours yesterday. The whole area within ~30 miles was out lol. Several wrecks occurred because all the traffic lights were out.

In other news, there are about 20 security guards at every grocery store and walmart escorting people out of the store. Refugees have been fighting over groceries, especially bread. Nothing really left in stock anymore, and people are going crazy.
