Blown fuses

i have just purchased a sound stream pca1000d and have it ran to a kicker l7 dual 2 ohm 15" in a 4.5 cubic feet ported box i have the speaker wired at one ohm and i keep blowing fuses i have the amp at the rms 1000 watts also the speakers rms it is half way up and when i turn the volume up the fuses on the amp blow ! im sick of riding around with no bass help please they are 30A fuses and the inline fuse is 40A on the 4 gauge wire to the battery i just purchased a new battery and i have a 3 frad cap.

that amp has 3 30 amp fuses. the first thing is your inline fuse is too small if it actually is true 4 gauge wire put a 90-100 amp fuse in.

what about if i change the fuse and the power wire

What about it?
If you want to upgrade your wire that would be cool, then you could more easily upgrade your system later on.

If your asking what size wire and fuse to upgrade to this might help you decide.

well i was just wondering if that would stop the fuses on my amp from poping

upgrade your in line fuse to the correct size, not the fuses on the amp they need to stay whatever they are.
If you do keep blowing fuses upgrade you wire then

you need a bigger fuse on your power wire

you should also check all of your connections
