I know that explodes are crap anyways but it shouldn't sound that bad at all...I have checked all my wiring and it is all good, The only thing that I can think of is my amp isnt big enough.....when I have one sub bridged it hits just fine can someone help me or give me some suggestions?

because you have it wired to the wrong ohm, like when you hook up both its probably wired to 8 ohm

Rule number 1
"Max Power" ratings are complete marketing garbage. You don't have 1200w subs and that certainly isn't a 1600w amp.
Rule number 2
Budget brands (and a lot of budget lines from quality brands) over-rate their gear -- even the rms values.
Lanzar rates the vibe 251 at 1250w bridged, which is totally ridiculous. It is obvious by the 2x25A fuses that the 251 will give you 500, maybe 600w, and your subs would need to be dvc 4's to get that much power out of the amp.
With svc 4's the best you can get is about 400w total.
Your subs are probably 350-400w each (rated).

A well designed and built enclosure is an important factor as well.
