I have a 15" kicker L7 powered by a zx1000.1 mono block amp. The sub
is now not producing any sound or movement. It does not seem blown
because it is not seized up and also it would still move but just
sound terrible right? I have checked all my wire connections. My
rca's are fine in the back of the head set as well as the remote
wire. The subs wiring being parallel is also fine and connected
right. The wires from the sub to the speaker terminal inside the box
are fine as well as the wires to the amp from the box. I checked all
the fuses and battery connections and there all good too. The green
power light is on on my amp too so it should be red if the amp was
messed up. I'm so confused and have been real annoyed with this for
about a week already. If anyone could help me out I would definitly
appreciate it!

The amp isn't in protect period? Doy uo hear the amp click to turn on when you start up? What size power wire are you using? What headunit and vehicle?

Double check that your RCA are hooked up to OUTPUT on the Head Unit and INPUT on the amp....may seem easy too easy to miss but a friend of mine screwed this up.

it was working fine for like 2 weeks then all of a sudden the sound just stopped and everything is as it was, the rca's are ok in the back of the head unit and are in the output spots and not crossed, the rca's are in the input spot for my amp too...

Well my friend brought a diff sub over and we just touch the wires to it to see if it would work and the sub worked. So its not the amp its gotta be the sub that's messed up or the terminals in the back of the box. I'm gonna see if the sub works just touching the wires to the sub without going to the terminal and see if its that or not
