lol sorry.

if you want to do 2 4 inch aeros with a 3.8 cuft box tuned to 32hz, the port needs to be 15.5 inches long with 4 inches clearance from the back wall of the box. that means either you have to have some of the port sticking out or your box needs to be around 20inches deep. i'd build a slot port box if i was you.

well if the port area is an issue then the aeroports will be good. you just gonna have to have some of the port sticking out.

there's another option you can do. you can make the port shorter and put it close to the back wall. it will reduce the air flow and will make the tuning lower. like 1.5-2 inches from the back wall will do. its not the best option but its another one.:-)

It wont have to stick out. I thought we already figured all this out Snow (maybe not the port length). If so Chad is right you need two 4 inch aero's 15.5 inches long and as far as I recall you had 20 inches of internal box depth which gives you the 4 inches of clearance from the back of the port you should have and then some because remember .75 of the port depth is consumed with the .75 baffle but you will still have ports with 15.5 inches of total length.

I just redid that post because you wont have the right clearance to run one 6 inch aero. So stick with the two 4 inch aero's.
