How complex is tuning with the RF ThreeSixty.2

I just ordered a RF ThreeSixty.2 but am afraid I may have gotten in over my head. I don't have a ton of experience configuring audio systems but I do know that I am not getting everything that I want out of my current system, but believe it is capable of much more.

Can anyone speak to the complexity of tuning with the ThreeSixty.2 or perhaps recommend an alternative?

I currently don't have a true center channel. Rather the front RCA is split and then amped to the front and center speakers seperately. This was causing a bit of noise in the system thus I started down the path of a signal processor.

I have the following:
HU:
Kenwood DNX7100
Amps:
- Alpine pdx 4.150 powering front and rear
- Alpine V12 2 channel 90 watt powering center channel
- Alpine pdx 1000 powering subs

Speakers:
- Front: Diamond 6.5 Hex components
- Rear: Diamond 5.25 Hex components
- Center: Diamond 4.5 Hex components
- Sub: 2 Diamond D9 10's
