can someone give me a list of good burp decks. what do you use? somethign that wont ever skip!!

alpine cda, kenwood excelon and pioneer. all upper scale models but eventully they do start skipping. my 680mp was fine up until i broke the 150 mark. i replaced it with a better pioneer model and all is ok now

Features to look for in a BURP DECK....
(in no particular order)

#1 3volt or higher sub-out
#2 Pause button
#3 Rotary volume knob

thats about it.

zac, how do you keep your in-car hu from not skipping? i know you do big numbers. my current hu has all that^^ but #4 skips like a b!tch. i'm going to be bassracing high numbers and cant afford skipping :-)

You burp it with the HU isolated from vibration or a podium.

if he is running stock class he cant have a podium deck has to remain in stock location.

IIRC, Fusion has an HU w/ a 45sec anti-skip.

A few louder guys were using them last year.

Depends on the organization hosting the comp I think.

I run my HU from the trunk in USACI stock 601-1800 without anything ever being said to me

i got an idea, get a usb deck and use a flash drive.! problem solved.

That is against the rules in USACI, not sure about any of the others. It has to be a CD.
