Knobs on 500/1

Post Number: 125 Registered: Jan-08	Posted on Sunday, August 03, 2008 - 22:04 GMT ok so i recently got a jl 500/1 amp pushing a 12 w7 and first off i wanna say wow. but the reason for this thread is, there are 3 knobs on the JL amp i have never used before which are the Q knob, the center frequency knob and the infrasonic frequency knob. my question is, what should each of these be set to? is it a matter of opinion, somthing someone should listen to and see how different settings sound to them or is there a universal setting for the knobs that is recommended? Post Number: 126 Registered: Jan-08	Posted on Monday, August 04, 2008 - 21:18 GMT i ended up adjusting the knobs quite a bit after reading the info on that link. thanx for the help. sounds a lot better now. you can really feel the vibration through your body now and my tail wing flaps once again
