I am getting regular at 3.75 and dropping. As of now we are dropping $2 a barrel each day. Look for another .20 off at the pump within a month.

Yeah like I said in another thread, analysts think we have seen the worst of it. Here in San Diego it has dropped from $4.60 to $3.99 for regular. That's huge for some people that are driving 100+ miles a day.

The Citgo closest to me is flirting with $3.70 and drops every day.

Shame. It'll level out at still a psychotic amount and ppl will be "happy".

Years ago I remember asking for gas at $5/shot. $2 filled my cycle.

Worst and most expensive fuel in the world.

price per drum dropped like a week back, thats why you see the drop

its all false inflation.. they say prices are up because resources are getting fewer and fewer?

well if this was the case why are there not lines at the pumps because they are running out?

eventually i see gas leveling off between 3.00-3.50 a gallon since the economy can support that.. and that everyone will pay that so why would they not charge us more?

i mean damn, look at gas companies profit lately.. how could they make so much profit if they were short on resources? it couldn't happen, just getting greedy :-(

Specualation is the biggest part in the rise. I hope congress passes that bill, then drums go down to around $60-$80!

Yeah, that kind of sucks, but my friend just went to the DR with his family and stayed in this 3 bedroom house for 5 nights and the total came to around $400 lol. so you dont have anything to complain about there as far as prices go. my friend is like the cheapest kid alive, and he says things there are sooooo inexpensive.

Gas prices still suck azz.

With a truck that gets 14 mpg and a long drive to work I have seen my disposable income take a huge hit as more of it goes to fuel...... in fact it's part of the reason I haven't bought any new audio equipment in quite a while.

And what really pisses me off is that things wouldn't be nearly as bad had we built more refineries and drilled for more oil 10 years ago, if the damn tree huggers hadn't blocked it.

Oh well, vote for McCain is all we can do now. And even he probably won't be able to do a real lot. But if Obama wins the environmentalists get what they want then we're really f*cked.

well gibson the problem for us is devaluation against dollar... for you and europeans, this country is the best, cheapest thing ever, but for us to travel, GOD DAMN our money is useless.

I'm still paying 6$ after the drop.
