Help changing frequancy on sony rf

i've had the same changer in my car for 4 years now.
it is the sony CDX-415RF with the RM-X64 controller.
I have recently moved to a new city and need to change the frequency it is broadcast on.
Of couse I've lost my manual.
can anyone help?
