Please post a picture(s) of your dog(s) and write a brief description of your pet along with name, age, sex, or anything else you wanna add. If you dont own a dog, then any pet will do.. Hope to get a decent turnout. I'll start Co-Co, 1 1/2 Y.O., Male, Pitbull(ironhead and Carver), 58#'s of pitbull fury, lol He is my smallest male. I also have two other pit's. Kane (littermate)and Precious (Co-Co and Kane's mother)-Pics coming soon.. This is Co-Co-- Notice the eyes.. They are half blue and brown on each side.. I have never seen a pit with eyes like this. please take the time to keep this going.. And keep negitave comments to a minimum for anyones pics. thanks again   |

He lives with him but I (try to) see him alot. My brother found him in a university test lab after they found him walking the streets. He was just about to be put to sleep. We don't really no what breed(s) he is because he is a mutt but the vets that have seen him think he is a mix of Great Dane, German Shepherd and Lab. He is an awesome dog, very loyal and smart.  |

He's a rott/lab mix, and I liked that he could look really mean if people came up to the house (since he's an outside dog). He's really friendly though. All these pictures make him look tiny, but he's about 80 lbs and mid-thigh in height (if you're around 6ft).  |

My Amy wheezes like Coco sometimes, also gets really itchy and won't stop scratching. We found out she has really bad allergies (not shocking), and so we just have to give her an anti-histamine pill a couple times a day during certain parts of the year and she's wayyyy more comfortable. They aren't expensive at all either. Just thinkin out loud in case it's a problem for coco. Breaks my heart to hear about the incident with Kane. If you don't mind sharing, what was his history like before the incident? Did you get him at a young age? Socialize him with other dogs very much? I'm asking because, as many on this forum know, i'm an advocate of the breed and have always been steadfast in my belief that they are no more dangerous/aggressive than other breeds when they're socialized/trained properly from a young age. Unfortunately, we got Bogey when he was already about a year and a half, and haven't been able to completely socialize him out of his already developed dog aggression. His previous owners were a group of college kids at a frat house, where he met tons of people as a puppy, but not other dogs. We've had one scare where he got out loose, and tangled with the neighbors shepherd/husky mix. Thankfully there was no biting, they just wrestled and growled like crazy and battled for dominance. I have to think the lack of biting wasn't a coincidence, I mean if he wanted to bite he would have, he didn't just miss a bunch of times. But still I think about it all the time and it scares the crap outta me to think something could happen. |

Dont know if I lost all of those pics when my computer crashed.. But I'll see, bro. Pitbull guy- Co-Co was wheezin because I had just taken him off of his chain... He chokes himself pulling againt the chain. He does that for a few mins after I take him off. As for Kane.. I have had him since he was born... I have the mother.. I bread her tiny a_ss to a 110# ironhead APBT. He was solid white as well. I dont know what made him kill the little dog. He is definatly the dominate male wherever he goes.... If not, he will be! lol He love all people as well as my kids.. Just wont tolerate other males (except Co-Co) He has been around plenty of other dogs without a mishap.. It only takes one time though. He is extremely submissive to his mother who he could dominate easily. I got Precious when I was an OTR Truck driver. She has been to every state but HI, AK, and Vermont. And dropped a deuce in every one! lol She is a cat killer. 6 that I know of. She is very well trained and is the only dog that we let stay in the house.. She is by far the best dog I have ever raised. She has had 3 litters throwing 9 pups every time. Her bloodline has always thrown pups with the coolest eyes i've ever seen on pit's. She is now fixed. hope I answered all of your questions, and thanks for the comments on the vid. Last but not least. Bogey is beautiful!!! Thought he was a blue at first, but realized that the first pic was fu(kin with me lol. APBT's are the sh!t.. No doubt about it.. |
