That being said, I will have the gear that WAS going into my install for sale.

I have a refurbished zx2500.1, you all have seen the pictures. I will let thatr go for 600 shipped.

I have a used Kinetik HC2400 that sits at like 12.8 and is in damn good condition physically. Asking price will be 180 plus shipping.

I have 2 KnuKonceptz 1/0 gauge amp kits that are brand new. I will be asking 60 shipped per kit.

I also still have my 15.22 Treo SSX. I'll let that go for 250 shipped.

Thanks guys. I'll get some pictures up when I get a chance.

I'm not sure if you noticed the telephone pole split in half in the first picture, but yeah. That's what I hit.

Jamie, all prices are OBO. If you want to buy then make me one and if not I wouldn't be concerned with the price.

Damn Reece, glad you're alright. I'd hate for you to be incapacitated or something to where you couldn't witness me kill your fantasy team in the second half of the season.

Curious to hear how the wreck happened. Unless you'd prefer to not share, which is cool.

I was completely sober when the wreck occurred. It was a rainy day and my tires were bad. I came out of a small curve going about 35 and my back tires came loose and started fishtailing. I tried to straighten the car up by giving it a little gas, but the back wheels kept sliding then I hydroplaned. I spun sideways as I hit the wet grass and after contact with the pole did a 180 like I was on a pivot. I had to back the car away from the pole, that's why it is farther away. I just thank God that I wasn't drinking and that I came out alright. It was a real eye opening experience.

You can buy it back if you want, but I don't think we're going to go that route. I would love to sell you the wheels. They aren't damaged in anyway from the wreck, but they do have some road rash from daily driving on the highway and around campus. I'll get you detailed pictures if you would like.

Bad news man. Wow.

Like everyone said at least you weren't seriously hurt. Looks like you hit that pole at a good clip. From the damage it looks like your rear swung around, or you locked the tires up and slid right in. Either way had the pole hit 2' closer to the front and you could've been devastated. Glad you walked away man, really.

That sucks man. I was just going to say the same thing Paul did about you being lucky that you didn't nail that pole with the front door. Hopefully you have a property damage deductible and sufficient $ value on that part of it because telephone poles are very expensive, somewhere in the neighborhood of $25,000 depending on what you damaged in addition to the pole itself. Also, the electric company may charge you for any power and TV outages that may have occurred because of this. Good luck with everything Reece.

Sorry about that experience, I'm sure it was terrifying. I have a queston about tires tho'. What did you mean that your tires were bad? Was it time to put new tires on, threads were almost gone or something? Sorry, I just don't understand when you said your tires were bad and that they came loose. Loose tires = no traction?

Brad, the pole will cost us like a grand, but insurance will pay for it.

Lil Rob, I'll try to get those pictures. The wheels are at my dads house so I'll have to go over there sometime. I'll try today.

Other Rob, I don't really have any plans for a new install. If I decide to put a system in my new car then it will be something that is like 1000 watts at the most. No electrical upgrades for me.

Thanks to everyone for their concern. The wire is like 20 feet long. I think it comes with a 250 amp fuse, but it might be a 300. I'll check.

Probably an '07 Tahoe or Avalanche. I've also been looking at some '03 745 Bimmers and '05-'06 3 and 5 series. I will have like low 20s from insurance and I'll make payments on the rest. I'm still not sure if I want a car, SUV, or truck yet.

Goodie, I can do 50 shipped. Send the money to abrassle at utk.edu.

Someone asked me about the Treo, but I don't recognize the name soooo. Hit me up on here I guess. PMs suck.

Whoever pays me first gets it. Goodie, I just shipped yours out it should be there Wednesday.

I also have a Kicker zx450.2 for sale. I will let it go for 130 shipped. Birthsheet reads 500+.

I also might be selling my Kenwood DDX812. I'd like 580 shipped. Comes with the highspeed Ipod cable that allows you to play audio and video. It has bluetooth, but I couldn't get the mic out of my car in working order so there it no jack to plug into the unit. it could be fixed easily by soldering a new jack to the end of the mic. Everything else is perfect. no scratches or anything.
