I have 2 12"Orion subs, and an 8 speaker eclipse sound system, but still have factory head unit. If Im right I think I need to install a better one to improve the sounds quality. It sounds good now but I think this will improve it even more. Just trying to find the best one for my needs. I like the good bass, but want to keep clarity of the highs. Any input would be appreciated.

i recomend the Pioneer DEH 7500pm that is a slick looking and high sound quality deck. plus it has a large veriety of sound teaking I.E loud,vocal,bass,sub/norm, and sub/rev

Ha. It all matters how good of sound quality you want. If you want the BEST then go with an alpine or eclipse. The eclipse is probably a better head unit, yet, it lacks a detachable face
