what up fellows haven't been up here in a minute. Yesterday I got this battery but I am not sure how to hook it up, I currently have a DELCO batt up front so would I just connect both batt in parallel and then run straight to the amp? would I have dead batt. eventually with this wiring method? and also I have stock Alt.
i dont think u can wire it like that because they are different batteries and the resistance is different. what i did was put the wire back by my amp and had power ran from battery to battery and just grounded the 2nd battery.
I'd put a good relay between the two batteries and wire it to your accessory in your car. That way you can run your sub with the car off and it doesn't drain your starting battery.
I have two HC800s and I can play tunage all night off 'em and not drain off my start battery.
