I have a '00 Xterra. The stock head unit has the controls for an optional stock changer. Is there a way to use a Panasonic changer that I already have with the stock HU? I'm fairly competent at electronis so measuring signlas and making a cable is no big deal. Is there any place to find schematics for stock HU's?
I drive a 1995 Nissan pickup that came with a AM/FM radio and cassette player. The cassette player is acting up and I want to put in a used AM/FM CD changer. What should I be most concerned about if shopping for this used unit at a flea market or pawn shop? Thanks
