Too many cubes

B00M3R New member Username: Neptune07 Grand Junction/Golden, CO Post Number: 7 Registered: Jun-08	Posted on Friday, June 13, 2008 - 17:45 GMT i have around 5.5 cubes for the box i made for my 2 alpine type r's. apparently i shouldn't have more than about 2 cuft per sub, so will this drastically reduce sq or spl?

BIG TIME. i based it off of diminsions of a ported box i found online, i didn't even know how to figure out where its tuned at when i built it. i built it last summer when i was very new with car audio. i'll put up some pics/videos when i get a chance and maybe you could suggest on whether i should just make a new one or not, now that i'm more educated on the subject. i will admit this is the only system out of anyone of my friends that makes my ears ring
