Not too Long ago I built my own box but there are small spaces in certain spots where the wood comes together. it was my first attempt at making a box and i didn't do a good job sealing it. last night i used wood glue to cover the areas and saw a huge difference in spl this morning.
will wood glue be a permanent fix or should i use some other sealent on the inside?
Some caulking is your best bet, like Rovin suggested.
Resin adds 0 strength in this application. The resin is not what makes fiberglass strong, its the acual matting that does it. Resin alone is really brittle.
liquid nails works good as a joint sealant too but main reason i wont rec it is because its messy to work with & if u get it on ur skin well lets just say u will have to live with it for a few days - use gloves when working with it ...
