Just a few more pics, when everything is said and done I'll post the build log.

I wish I had my camera but I left it at my friends after the deep sea fishing trip, so I've been stuck with my phone to take the pics. I will have some good pictures of the finished product for sure.

a screw will go through there and hold it onto the door

the other screw that holds it in will be hidden behind the speaker.. there will be an insert that goes there to hide the screw that goes through the box

how did u shape the rings for teh speakers? some kind of machine?

rings were cut with a jigsaw then a router for the bevels/taper
