motoman22 | MTX makes good speakers and they make cheap speakers. If they are good speakers (6000 series or up) they are a good deal. If they are old or cheapos, don't buy it. |

motoman22 | Buying used stuff from friends is usually a very bad idea...just a tip. For $150 they better look like new and sound perfect. You can see what this stuff is worth used on eBay but $150 will get two used 12" subs all day long. Just have to be patient. How big of an amp depends on what you expect out of it. A solid 100watt amp (like a Linear Power 1002 or even an older Punch 75) will work fine but they will handle much much more. It all depends on how much $$ you have for the amp but do not run those subs off the headunit without an amp, you'll hate life. Peace |
