If I'm not mistaken, that little band you see on the upper part of the motor is the magnet correct? I do like the read for these yanks, he definitely sound like a complete idiot. I also like how he clearly states the amp is not included, seems as if he's trying to show it off to make the subs look better (not that they need it anyways lol).
