just fine ^^^

But I would go with one amp on the subs.

I like these subs had one of the dual 2ohm version on 1500RMS and it sound good.

Thats for 2 of those amps together.(combined power)

You only need 1 AQ2200D for what you got.

"what does linked power mean?"

2 amps strapped/connected together, acting as a single amp.

is it possible to strap two Alpine PDX-1.1000 amps together so they would act as one amp?

yea hate to be an azz, but i personally owned a pioneer tsw3004 and had it on 1000 watts....i was totally disappointed. you're gettin ready to throw some big money down and i honestly feel those subs aren't right for you. they totally lack in sq and don't have a ton of spl.

much better out there fyi

not sure on this current model but something that some ppl dont know about pioneer subs is that their 1000wrms sub they need considerably bigger boxes than rec for it to hit the lows good & they do pound pretty good for its price range but id rec a RE SX for more SQ over it anyday...

^^(can find a better price on teh nine.1 used if you look)

alot of people might choose the AQ 1200d over the nine.1.....i, however, have never used the AQ 1200d but i can tell you i really like the nine.1 and, contary to common belief, i found that ED had awesome customer service!
