Would a Mag have similar sq to a tc3k. obviously the tc's gonna hit harder, but i don't need such a big damn woofer anymore, i wanna downsize....a 12" mag would still hit decently hard though right?

The new one will have incredible low end and gets as loud or louder than the one currently and believe me, they can get plenty loud.

"In closing, the new Stereo Integrity Mag D2 does everything the previous Mags are known for with greater clarity, better lowend with less weight and in a smaller package. OH! They're also considerably cheaper thanks to direct sales only now."

Can't find any other links/threads but I am too lazy to look for it.

These are two different drivers. The TC a brute force driver, where as the MAG is more a finesse driver. Both can sound good and both can have great output.
