When you stick with one thread you guys don't always get off your pulpits to answer all the time. Lets see. The Pioneer Premier subs will hit very hard. They are more loud than SQL, but a box can be constructed to fix all that. Substitute the battery for an HO Alternator. The Kenwood 4 channel amp will work just fine. It is not Kenwood powering subs, it is just speakers and that amp has the adjustability and heatsink to handle the job. The Brutus amp is a great choice. The Brutus series has way better build quality than the Amps below it. The Kenwood Excelon head unit is the same one that my buddy has in his BMW. It is very adjustable and puts out good enough power. I have never had a problem with Kenwood HU's. The only problem with the Excelon series is the pain in the butt User Interface. That is way better than what you posted earlier. I say that this is a better bang for the buck. |
