Amp advice

Hi

This is my first foray into car audio and I'm trying to make it an enjoyable one :-)

I've got 2 pairs of 4"'s in the front running of the HU amp which is fine.
In the back I've got a set of Riesen 6x9's (It says 250W on each speaker sticker but I think it might be overall, so ~55WRMS each. I had no luck tracking down the exact specs anywhere :-( ).
I've bought a Jl Audio 10W3v2 sub, which from the manual I want to run at 200-300W RMS (I think?).
I'm looking for an amp to power the 6x9's and the sub. Also as my car is only a '91 fiesta I don't want to burn out the attenuator.
I'll probably also get a 1.2 Farad capacitor to take the strain off. Does that sound like a good idea?

I've only read stuff off the internet and haven't actually spoken to anyone with experience. Any advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated :-)

Thanks,
David

dont get a capacitor!!! it will put more strain on your car. there wont be any worries when running 400-500watts.

It will? I thought it is supposed to take the strain off when the amp draws large temporary currents?

Does something like the JBL GTO 75.4 look like a good choice?
