Question - I have a 2006 monte carlo with the EXACT same stock stereo set up. And on that note I'm guessing your came with OnStar - My question is did you buy/use the door chime when installing that radio? I hear you need a special part to install an aftermarket radio called a door chime or something like that to keep the OnStar working. |

Honestly I had no idea it was V8 actually just picked it out because it was pretty cheap to rent but when my wife said it had some b@lls and noticed it was to loud for a V6, told her to pop the hood. Overall it is a really nice car, rides sweet but had a lot of torque steer when you romp on it because of the front wheel drive. Honestly it would be a better rear wheel drive car. BTW my GTP is a heep faster than that V8, both being stock, Cubes VS supercharged... Polo. |
