what options would i need for the BL to handle 1500wrms. Also what options would i need for it to handle 2000wrms.

how much louder would the BL w/1500 and 2000 be than the Q on 1000wrms given that their enclosures are right and same vehicle.

The BL is built to have more output and handle more power. A stock BL should run 1500 fine.

read here for understanding BL options >> http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=7154

It would be a better idea to run a BTL if you plan on giving the sub 2,000 watts RMS.

A pair of BLs or a pair of Qs? A ZX2500 would be good enough for a pair of either though if you ask me.

I'd run 3k RMS to a pair of BLs if I were you.
