what fuse should I hook my remote wire too, so I it'll turn on n off with the car. Wats the most commonly used?

all I see is a fuse that says 20a amp. Is that war ur talking bout?

Oh I misread the question. I meant 1/2 amp is a good size fuse to put IN your remote wire.




You're asking where to connect the wire to....... the ignition wire behind the radio is easiest. It's usually red.

i had it ran to the back of my HU but it stopped working, and i dont wanna rip the dash out again, so i just want to know what fuse i could hook it up to in the back fuse box.

Very important if you don't want a fire if that wire shorts to ground. Or if it's connected to the HU, the HUs remote circuit would burn out.

You connect it to the the ignition wire like I said. It's the wire that is +12 volts with ignition on, dead with it off.
