What is the feasibility of putting low-pass crossovers on my rear stock 6x8's? I just installed some 6.5" Infinity's in the doors that sound great but the highs from the rear speakers are overpowering the highs from the front when the fade on the HU is set to 0. When I set the fade more to the front I don't get the bass I would like (Yeh, I know, get a subwoofer). While I am saving for a subwoofer, does it make sense to limit the higher frequencies from the rear's so I can send them more juice for mid-bass or is that just too "Micky Mouse"? If it is doable, what kind of inductor should I look for? Slope?
