if buying new buy direct from tc or call/email them to see if there's a dealer near you. buying from pe only gives you a 1 year warranty instead of the lifetime warranty.

The thing is, you cant directly compare he Revo to any older TC sub. IF compared, people would say its close to the TC-2000, but obviously they aren't the same even if the 2000 was conservatively rated at 1000 watts. There have supposedly been many advances with the subs they make them almost completely redesigned. I wish Thilo would tell us what these changes were.

That's not too high of a price for it. Sure it's a little on the high side compared to others but if it performs pretty good it's worth it. I can't say anything about that subs performance though, it's a try as you go type of deal.

Honestly, I think it would sound great. I may be retarded, but I honestly believe that the Revo would be a lot like the 3000. I would buy through PE rather than AP though, considering their warranty only covers manufacturer problems like misaligned coils and such.

well since you have the flagship audiopulse (aka lms ultra), you must have some idea on how these subs can perform. lol. i know the revo is nothing like the lms ultra but still you can generally get a feeling for a company from using one of their subs.

thanks reece

Since when does Reece Have an ULtra? Pretty sure he has a 5200 unless he scraped up the money for the LMS, but then he wouldn't have the amp for it anyways... :-O Polo..

I can get em cheap for you guys. Still warrantied by PE. At this point in time....lifetime warranty might just mean a year. TC looks done.

Anyways, just threw this up: https://www.ecoustics.com/cgi-bin/bbs/show.pl?tpc=289509&post=1509946#POST15099 46

Yeah I can only feed about 1,000 watts to the RL-S because its a 3ohm woofer.

Now if I get the Axis I can put it on 3,000 watts

that would be sweet. do it mike.

yeah the only thing i didn't like about the rl-s was the fact that it was single 3ohm. hard to give it proper power.
