Dunno. That's actually what I was saying I had found. I emailed him and asked 5 minutes ago. What would you offer for it? I was thinking $200-$300 depending on what he wants. He said it's been in boxes for a while so it doesn't sound like he really needs the money. Of course, that could be the reason he's gotten them out. Either way, anyone got an idea of what I should offer?

Awesome find.

Those went for like 1200 new a few years ago... If you could get it for under 300-350 that would be a steal. If for some reason you dont buy it, let me know and i might pick it up.

Haha. I couldn't find many for sale on ebay or anything. I realized that the one I had seen for $250 had cracked glass. I'll let you know, Jake.

The guy got back to me and he says that the McIntosh dealer said it was worth $500. I'll offer $300 and go from there.

You're saying you think it's true? I did see one for sale for $500. It didn't sell though. The guy had to put it on ebay.

It is worth what you are willing to pay for it. I myself wouldn't pay so much for old sh!t, was good in the day but to todays standards is mediocre... JMHO..Polo.

I'd be willing to pay $350. I'll start at $300 though for sure.
