TRANSLATION:

He is amazed at the quick time it takes to remove the wheels from his vehicle. The impact wrench makes it alot easier to do. All he needs now is his jack to jack the car up, and his impact wrench for the process now. He believes it is crazy. He is laughing out loud. He says goodbye.

He is also trying to say that people will use a cheap one time use jack in order to raise his car and then use a battery powered electric impact wrench to remove the lug nuts holding his wheels on and steal them in a very short period of time.

I also don't think he's heard of wheel locks.

I believe he means him and his "boys" are going out tonight with a cordless impact wrench to jack rims from unsuspecting victims.

no rob and jk....wheel locks are easy.
they are jsut regular lug nuts with a special shape, all you have to do is get a bigger socket and hammer it onto it. simple. wheel locks slow down the process, but in no way stops it.

ofcourse it wont stop it but it takes a lot more than 3 minutes, a single lug nut and hammer.

not to mention the noise that would make. And could possibly set off the alarm if you have a sensitive one.
